She's the engine behind the scenes—ensuring every gym is ready, every schedule is tight, and every coach is equipped.


Mindi spent decades overseeing major infrastructure projects for public safety departments, including the Orange County Sheriff's Department and Fire Authority. Now, she channels that same precision, people-first leadership, and next-level organization into youth sports.


As a lead strategist for the Youth Sports Toolkit, Mindi oversees its national outreach and implementation, building partnerships with municipalities, school districts, and sports organizations across the country. She ensures that Coach Winn's innovative approach to youth development reaches communities everywhere.
